Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit the Cyberpolos website, for what purpose, and how to exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Who controls the data

Cyberpolos, located at Av. Paulista, 1765 — 7th floor, Suite 72, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. For any privacy-related matter, contact contato@cyberpolos.com.br.

What we collect

1. Browsing data (only with your consent). If you accept the cookie notice, we use analytics tools that collect information such as pages visited, time on page, traffic source, device and browser type, IP address, and page interactions (clicks, scrolling, and cursor movement). If you decline, none of these tools are loaded.

2. Data you submit through the contact form. The form asks for name, email, company, and message. It works by opening your own email program so that you send the message — meaning the data is not stored in a database on this site; it reaches us as a regular email and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. Preferences saved in your browser. We store locally, on your own device, your theme choice (light or dark) and your decision about the cookie notice. This information is not sent to our servers.

Third-party tools we use

With your consent, we use two analytics services. Both are operated by third-party companies that act as data processors and have their own policies:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google): measures audience and browsing behavior in aggregate, using cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): generates heatmaps and session recordings — a record of page interactions used to understand usability issues and improve the site. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

These services may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Site usage analytics: processed on the basis of your consent, requested in the notice shown on your first visit. The purpose is to understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • Business contact: when you write to us, we process your data to respond to your request and conduct discussions — legal basis of preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request.

How long we keep it

Messages received by email are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain the business relationship. Analytics data follows the retention periods defined by the platforms themselves (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). Preferences saved in your browser remain until you clear the site's data.

Your rights

Under the LGPD you have the right to, among others:

  • confirm that processing exists and access your data;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance with the law;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • obtain information about whom we share your data with.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@cyberpolos.com.br.

How to withdraw consent

You can change your decision about browsing analytics at any time, with no impact on your use of the site:

You may also clear the site's data in your browser or use blocking extensions — the site will keep working normally.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to legislation. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
